1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between btjali ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service available at btjali.net. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the btjali platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the btjali Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and btjali. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

btjali reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, btjali will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the btjali platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. btjali operates as a strictly adult-only platform. Under-age gambling is prohibited and any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be closed immediately, with all associated funds and winnings voided.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether use of btjali is lawful in their location.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or trustee acting for or on behalf of any third party.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the btjali platform or any affiliated platform operated by the same management.

btjali reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion at registration or at any subsequent point may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending winnings.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of btjali services, you are required to create a registered account. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing management of your btjali account:

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each eligible person is permitted to hold one (1) active btjali account at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, btjali will suspend all associated accounts, aggregate and void any bonus balances across those accounts, and may permanently bar the individual from the platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your btjali account and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any third party under any circumstances. btjali will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in the possession of a third party — whether shared voluntarily or obtained without your consent — remains your responsibility.

3.4 Account Updates

You are obligated to keep your registered account details up to date. If any personal information changes — including your address, phone number, or email address — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account details may delay or block withdrawals and account verification.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

btjali operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. The following verification requirements apply to all registered accounts:

4.1 Identity Verification

btjali may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Verification is typically required before processing a player's first withdrawal and may be required again for large withdrawals or in cases where unusual account activity is detected.

4.2 Address Verification

In addition to identity documentation, btjali may request proof of residential address in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months and showing your full name and current address.

To confirm that all deposits and withdrawals are transacted using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name, btjali may request confirmation of the mobile banking account number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank account associated with the btjali account.

4.4 Verification Timeframes

btjali aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be held pending completion. btjali accepts no liability for delays caused by a player's failure to submit complete, legible, and accurate verification documents promptly.

5. Deposits

The following rules govern all deposits made to a btjali account:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard — subject to availability at the time of transaction.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit applies to standard verified accounts, though btjali reserves the right to set individual account deposit limits at its discretion.
• Processing time: Mobile banking deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the btjali account balance in real time — typically within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation.
• Deposit fees: btjali does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. Any fees applied by the player's own payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• Currency: All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and any conversion fees are the player's responsibility.
• Own-name payments only: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the btjali account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where the source is identified. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following rules and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per request for fully verified accounts.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad during standard operating hours are typically processed within two to five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

• Own-name withdrawals only: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the btjali account holder's own name. Withdrawal to a third-party account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
• Active bonus restriction: Accounts that hold an active bonus balance that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirements may not be able to withdraw real-money funds until the wagering requirement is satisfied or the bonus is forfeited.
• Right to review: btjali reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal pending a security or compliance review. Where a review is initiated, btjali will notify the account holder and aim to complete the review within five business days.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

btjali periodically offers bonuses, free credit, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms of a specific offer, all bonus funds credited to a btjali account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or in some cases, the combined deposit and bonus amount) must be staked a specified number of times across eligible games before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from the bonus — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

7.2 Game Eligibility

Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. 7.3 Bonus Expiry

7.5 Abuse of Promotions

btjali reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence that promotional offers have been systematically abused — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group play designed to exploit offer mechanics, or any other strategy that btjali determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute promotional abuse.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the btjali platform is subject to the following general rules:

• Minimum and maximum stakes for each game or betting market are displayed within the game or market interface at the time of play. btjali reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is confirmed only when btjali's system has accepted and recorded the transaction. In the event of a disconnection or technical error during the placement of a bet, players should check their transaction history to confirm whether the bet was accepted before re-placing.
• Voided bets: btjali reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event that was suspended at the time of placement, placed using obvious pricing errors, or placed in circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btjali platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. btjali will take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement — upon detecting any of the following:

1. Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account rule.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information.
3. Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
4. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any technical mechanism designed to place bets, exploit game logic, or interact with the platform other than through the standard user interface.

10. Responsible Gaming

btjali is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you deposit into your btjali account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the btjali platform solely for personal recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any btjali content or software without the prior written consent of btjali.

12. Privacy & Data

btjali collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a btjali account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. btjali does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, game providers, and compliance services as necessary to operate the platform and meet applicable legal obligations. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, btjali shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of whether btjali was advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account credentials where such unauthorised access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Decisions made by players on the basis of information displayed on the platform that was subject to a technical error or pricing mistake, where btjali has exercised its right to void affected bets in accordance with Section 8.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit btjali's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Account Suspension & Closure

14.1 Suspension by btjali

btjali reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Terms have been breached; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; (c) the account holder is under 18 years of age; (d) a self-exclusion request has been received; or (e) a regulatory or law enforcement directive has been received requiring such action.

14.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your btjali account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Pending real-money balances (net of any active bonus subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any required verification checks. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game result, account balance, payment, bonus, or any other aspect of the btjali platform, players are asked to follow this process:

16. Amendments to These Terms

btjali reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the btjali platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
